I’ve never gotten an email nor am order number. Spoke to someone 4 weeks ago then an email 3 weeks ago and now with customer service again today for an hour. No one seems to be able to find out what is going on with this promotion. Can someone help ? At this point I don’t even know if anyone will get the bridge.

I have emails to prove that I sent emails over a month ago and phone calls. Your customer service Rep Patricia is a proof also. I had a feeling that you guys might use the promo expiration excuse and I am glad that I have saved all the proofs.

Should I have received a confirmation email when I ordered the new hub that was offered for free? I don’t believe I did but I do have screen shots from when I did the submission. My MyQ setup hasn’t worked at all over the past year so I’m hoping this new hub will correct this.

Greg, the system is not set up to send confirmations. If you completed the online form and meet all of the eligibility requirements, then you're all set. Units are schedule to start shipping in the next 4-5 weeks. Lauren

Wow! Arrived today! Setup took 10 minutes. For now just using phone and Siri on same network for operation. I’ll setup iPad as a hub this weekend.

A month ago, Lauren from LiftMaster said units were supposed to ship in 4-5 weeks. Some people are starting to receive their units now. I haven't gotten mine yet, but I'm hoping it'll show up in the next week.

I went through 3 of the regular hubs, none of them worked reasonably. I Got my new HomeKit hub last week, took out the old hub, installed this one and everything works now.

I have two openers connected in my garage. One correctly displays when the door was last opened, the other does not( showing it was last opened 9 months ago). Neither door I am able to open or close with the app

Batteries. I had teh same issue and had to replace the sensor batteries.
