Just got my new 8550w installed and am trying to set up MyQ. Went through all of the steps and was supposed to get a verification email. NOTHING. It's been over 30 minutes ago. Yes, I checked my spam/junk folder - NOTHING. Sent myself an email from another account to make sure I was receiving emails and no problem. Tried to log in to https://www.myliftmaster.com/Home
with my email address and password and it says that I need to verify my email - do I want the email resent. I click on "Resend Verification Email". NOTHING..... Now what?

Same problem, been waiting a looooong time for an email to appear. Checked spam and junk folders too. Resent email, still nothing.

Same problem. Seems their tech work was outsourced to really low paid workers in Calcutta. Good luck waiting for your email. Clearly no testing or performance monitoring whatsoever. These things are way too easy for instant alert when someone doesn't get an email sent to them and management can be notified before you even know there's a problem. Certainly not a priority for LiftMaster..
Will call when they reopen and beg for an email I guess. -

Same boat here as well. Thankfully I saw this thread and called them and as luck would have it, they're open today. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes I was able to get through to them and they managed to do "Something" to send the email (Though I have no idea what it was). Once she sent the email I was able to log in. humphf

Also having this issue. Naturally, this is occurring for me on a Saturday night and their Support is closed on Sunday. Bummer.
