password lockout-tried everything

password lockout--customer service unable to solve

i entered registered email address  and chose Forgot Password option but never received new password. I tried several times and waited long time to receive but to no avail.
Email server working fine.
Customer service (Stella )tried sending new password but i never received.
Interestingly i did receive incident report from chamberlain.com  but still no password success
Problem elevated to Quality service level but no response ---any help
