I’m very frustrated

Phantom operation not being fixed by suggestions from Dawn from other phantom operation posts.

I have read all the post for the phantom operations. Tried everything suggestedbyDawn. I have an 888Lm. Everything was working fine except liftmaster's myQ crappy app for iPhones which doesn't work half the time (seriously need to have techs work on this issue cause many of us have it and you can read this from the comments on app). Did not reprogram anything so this can not be a neighbor and tried all the steps after phantom started while raining outside the garage. Don't know how this effected it since controller is far inside the garage. Now the 888Lm is acting quirky as hell. Phantom issues (and as I said tried everything suggested my Dawn in other phantom post) it's just going crazy. Has a mind of its own. Please help.
