Programing lost after a while
I'm using "MyQ Garage" to control a couple of lights and 2 gate openers (one Craftsman and one Chamberlain). Everything was ok for a while but recently the chamberlain (red button) started with a very intermittent behavior (does not work with the app - Android). I tried several times by reprograming the unit, but after a while stop working again. Any ideas? This behavior started after I renew my internet settings in the unit ...not sure if this has something to do?, but all the rest of systems have been working with no issues.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your hub. When you have this issue with your Chamberlain opener again, I would like you to try unplugging the hub and plugging it into another outlet. Test the app and see if it works. Since everything else is working fine, it may be an interference issue. Remember the hub has to be installed within line of sight of the door.

Thanks for your prompt reply .....I changed the outlet and also relocate the hub to be closer to the opener that was not working. This seems to have solve the issue so far. Thanks for your help!. Very satisfied with the product and the support.
