Hey There, I got the internet gateway pre configured when I built my home with the MyGig alarm system from Alarm.com, however, I am deciding to not go for the alarm.com monthly service and would now like to remove the internet gateway from alarm.com so that I can just use the app.
When I try and add the internet gateway to the app, it says that it is already to another user's account. I'm guessing it is on Alarm.com's management side. How do I disconnect it from the alarm.com side so that I can add it to my own myq account?

Hi Rudi - You will need to contact your Alarm.com dealer so they can remove the gateway and the opener from that account. You will then be able to add them to your MyQ account.
