Up until a month ago, when I replaced my cable modem. After hooking everything back up, I found that the garage or light sometimes take up to 2 min to response to the command (ie turn on/off a light or to open/close the garage) given from the app. What's wrong? This is frustrating that you have to wait for your garage to open when you're right there, wanting to get in.
Another unsecured feeling is that sometimes it takes 20 min to alert me that the garage is open/close.

Is the same thing happening when you are on a computer logged on to the MyLiftMaster website? I will need some additonal information from you.
