Gateway 821LM constantly stops responding. Solid green for hours then flashing green, then flashing blue. App locks up constantly or gets stuck on last action.
The router is about 20ft from wifi gateway. My phone gets full signal at location.
Even when solid green doors do not respond most of the time. On app no action is taken when I press garage door. Almost like the app is locked too. Have reset multiple times. Will work for about an hour then fail again. have moved the receiver to just about every point in my garage.
Extremely frustrated with product

You're basically explaining very similar experiences I've had with the 821LM. If you look at the status page for the unit (http://internalipaddress/about.html), what does it show your uptime as? I rarely get more than 2 days uptime on my unit, and I have not yet gotten any explanation as to why. Can you detail your home network any more? What router (model, firmware if custom, etc), is that also your wifi gateway? (I can't tell from your post whether you're a bit of a tech geek as I am).
Also, I JUST noticed they pushed out a firmware update (8.1.0) to my unit sometime in the last few days... curious if this will help at all. -
