I had three 8355w garage door openers installed. I can add all of them to new Places, but it seems like you should be able to add all three to the same place. As I try to follow the limited instructions, it indicates I click + in the app and it tells me to press the Learn button twice. I do that and nothing ever happens.
Anyone have multiple door openers in a single Place?
Thanks.

No, and you may not want to anyway. You can have up to 8 devices (light switches) per place, so you could add 24 total remote light switches if you wanted to.

Jack I'm seeing the exact same problem. I've have two 8550s and I to create two places with the same name "Home" to be able to add the 2nd one. However, they still show up as two separate places which is annoying.
Looking forward to an update on how we fix this. When I try to add using the + sign in the app and the learn button, I see both openers blink (i.e. they must be communicating with each other). However, the app keeps spinning and eventually times out.-
Same exact experience.

Jack - I got it fixed. I called their support number at 1-800-528-5880 and eventually got escalated up to a guy named Warren. He took me through a couple of steps to completely reset my 2nd opener and then we were able to add it to my existing place using the learn button as per the MyQ app instructions without problems.
I told him that you were having the same issue. He said to call in and ask for him directly. Good luck!-
