Living in a rural area, internet options are limited.
I was previously using a wireless internet provider, not cellular based, which was slow / intermittent but worked with the 828LM and associated doors. I have a network in the house with Apple Airport devices.
I connected the a Verizon LTE device to the network, as it provides much faster and more reliable internet access.
No changes were made to the routers or network within the house.
The 828LM will no longer connect to the internet. It works if plugged directly into the Verizon device, but otherwise no green light.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thomas, apologies for the delay. What is the Verizon LTE device you are referring to? Can you provide a make and model for us?

We had the same issue. I solved the problem by purchasing a Verizon Network Extender. Samsung produces the devices for all of the service providers. They are about $250 and work well. More info at the Verizon or ATT or...site. A router connection, electrical outlet and a window nearby to locate the GPS antenna are all you need. Installation time is less than 15 minutes and requires no tools or special skills. My cell service is now perfect. The coverage extends far enough to cover the garage in an average sized home.

Thanks for the responses.
I ended up trying it all over again, reconnected the LTE device to my home network, and it all works smoothly now. No idea what happened on round one. -
