Unable to Create a Schedule

I received MyQ as a gift.  I have it all set up and that was extremely easy to do.  I was able to set up alerts no problem.  I am however not able to set up a scheduling activity.  It keeps telling me "Save Schedule Failed" and suggests I check my internet connection.  Everything else works just fine so am not thinking it is an internet connectivity issue.
