User is Locked Out
I recently upgraded my iPhone. When I tried logging in, I have apparently forgotten the password, entered the wrong one too many times and have gotten the message "The user is locked out. (207)" I have closed out the app and not tried again for a couple of days but I'm still locked out. Now what do I do?

Chris, you can use the Forgot Password feature on the login screen of the app if you have forgotten you password. Please contact us at myqcommunity@liftmaster.com with the email on the account, and we can have this fixed for you.

I have the same issue and I have the correct password. I logged into account online so I know I have the correct password. Is this a new iOS issue?
