Nothing is working. In trying to set my correct timezone (ie, NOT Chicago), I changed my password. Well, now that isn't working. I can reset it via the website, but as soon as I set it, it doesn't change?!?
Its not the password that was just emailed to me and its not the password that I set.
Is this how this device / website always is?
Should I just return this thing? It doesn't see like it is worth all the hassle.

Hi Chuck. I was able to successfully save my time zone via the website. But I am still having this issue. Thanks for looking into it.

Hi Bryan, to clarify, you were able to change your time zone via the website, but it still wouldn't save? I've learned new MyQ accounts are unable to change and save the time zone. This is a new issue the team is aware of and actively working to resolve.
Regarding the password reset is concerned, any chance you're using an AOL account?
Thanks again, Chuck -

I was able to change my timezone via the website, and save it.
I am still having an issue with changing my password via the website.
If I change my password on the website, log out, and then try to log back in, the new password doesn't work, nor does the old password.
So to get in, I click forgot password and it emails me a new one. As long as I don't change that one, it works and lets me in.
So long story short, I cannot change my password.
No, I don't use an AOL account. -

Bryan, thank you for all of these details. As far as the password reset is concerned, are you changing your password on either www.myliftmaster.com or www.mychamberlain.com? Let me know. Chuck

Yeah, I STILL cannot correctly set my time zone via the Liftmaster website. It's been over a week. It always reverts back to Chicago time. One of the reps there said I could change it via the edit alerts, but that's not true. These seem like little things that should be easily fixed. Come on, Liftmaster... this isn't rocket science... or is it? :)
