How do I use the Teambuy coupon I purchased? It keeps telling me the code is not valid. I already have an account. I also tried emailing Lingq support but it keeps prompting me to use Outlook which I haven't configured. Why is this so difficult? Anger and lightning and epic hair!

Sorry for the trouble! Since you've already created an account, just head to the Account page and enter your code at the very bottom. If you still have problems, email us at support@lingq.com!

I should also add that if Outlook is opening for you, that is because it is set up as your default email client. (I don't know why that is since you don't use it but that must be the case. :-)) You will have to copy and paste our email address into your preferred email program or figure out how to change your default email program.

Yeah I suck with computer setup so I'm not sure how to change that. I did try putting my code into the space at the bottom of the account section but still no luck. Any other suggestions?
