    Just like the long list of folks above me I tried numerous times to log in to my Linkedin account unsuccessfully. The tickets above are reference of my attempts to reset my password. Apparently, Linkedin system does not recognize my email any longer since the “forgot password” function does not send emails to me.

    Please help me to regain access to my account.

  • My password is invalid, when clicking the link to request the password reset email I get a message advising me to contact customer services if I don't receive the reset email. I have tried 3 times over two weeks and have not received the reset email, and can't find ANY way of contacting customer services. I'm paying for a jobseeker account which I cannot use.

    Please help me as I'm so frustrated. LinkedIn Customer Service still haven't got back to me about the access to my account and it's been over 4 days now. I have sent emails and left messages on their voicemail. I'm a Recruitment Consultant and I use LI for networking, advertising jobs, etc. I still have access on my iPhone as I never log out, but it only gives me limited functions. I'm unable to access my account on my PC by logging in normally as it doesn't recognise my password. I have followed the details for resetting my password but it doesn't send anything to my email. If I can't get proper access to my account it seriously affects my job. Please please please help me get access back to my account. My ticket number is 110718-001791.

    My account also was restricted and I am not sure why...ticket number 111107-004671 I use my LinkedIn for work and this is not acceptable.

    What exactly is LinkedIn doing to sort this out because you cannot just send an email that says we are disabling your account for security reasons, that's just not right. What security reasons exactly?

    For the past few weeks, I've attempted to contact CS through the help forum, using my work email, and leaving messages on the CS phone line. I've had absolutely zero response.

    I'm unable to create a company page for my company WASTE AWAY because there was a page already created. However, that page is inactive and Linkedin says that it no longer exists. Yet I'm still not able to create my company page!

    I would really appreciate some help in this matter. My boss is getting inpatient with my inability to fix this glitch, but I have done everything I can so far to reach a person who actually works at Linkedin.

    I have been doing research on how to get a response from from Customer Service and seems like that is the case with most people who's commenting.

    I have a company site launch this week and started a Linkedin account for the owner, but having trouble starting the new company. Met all the requirements, emailed and called for answers on why it's giving me the red error message.

    I haven't heard from anybody in over three weeks...please help!

    My ticket # is 120302-001436. I fear after reading these posts that I may not get assistance if I go through the appropriate channels.

    My account was "flagged" and I don't know why. I found out my account was flagged because a group declined me.

    My account is not even complete yet therefore I am not sending request invites.
    In fact, I have accepted only ONE invite ever (this week).
    I sent ONE invite this week.
    That's it for activity other than me building my account.

    I have reviewed other accounts for some ideas.
    Does that get one "flagged"?

    Can you tell me why I am "flagged"?

  • I have tried a NEW WAY of dealing with these idiots on Linked-In (which should be renamed NOT LINKED IN)

    Find thier YouTube channel and leave comments there.
    They might take note of negative, repeat comments.

    I would sincerely appreciate you help with the following predicament.

    I actually sent an email on Saturday 9th March regarding this problem (even though Linkedin history suggests the soonest time I made a request was Monday 11th March), and I haven't heard back.

    My name is Nis and I have been blocked from adding any further invites
    to connect to people without their email. Due to the nature of my business, I have to add a lot of my clients and candidates, of whom most I do not have their email address to enable me to get passed this restriction.

    I apologise if I have unknowingly violated any rules that you have
    regarding this and I will be sure to try as much as possible to gain my
    client and candidates email addresses before I add them in the future,
    so that this situation does not occur again.

    I have emailed the help centre three times since last Saturday but have not received a response expect for one that this issue may take months to resolve by customer support. This is very disconcerting being a paying customer on Linkedin. When I occured this problem before, the matter was also dealt with within 24 hours.

  • Very upset right now, I signed up for Linkedin Advertising Services and typed a maximum budget of 10.00 per day how in the world in less the 2 seconds i have a charge for over 100.00

    Someone needs to fix this, and it suck I have no one to call with this company.
