For very nearly an hour now (this message being written at nearly 9pm Pacific Standard Time: GMT-8 2010 Dec. 08) Photosynth.net has been completely and utterly offline.

This is just a heads up to the Photosynth team.

Have you been able to confirm it occured? I'm just curious whether it was localized to one geographic location or if it was worldwide.

I tried to pull up some synths through Bing Maps while the site was down and had about 50% load successfully while the other 50% failed, for whatever that information is worth.

Multiple computers in my house continued to load other sites during the hour while none of them were able to load photosynth.net. I first noticed it because a small synth that I was uploading had stopped at 36 of 37 files and was frozen 'Experiencing a network error'. Normally, this is my AirPort router acting up and a quick Windows 7 network troubleshooter sets everything right. Last night was one of the only times I've ever seen it be your end that was the problem, but I'd never witnessed the entire site disappear without so much as a 404 error.

Nathan, there seems to be another outage today. Just a heads up.

I've tested the homepage, forums, webservice, Javascript API, view, D3D, edit, and embed pages. All are timing out.
