Can I get more than 20 GB of storage?

Looks like I crossed over the 20 GB mark yesterday, will I get cut off or can I keep uploading?

Is the "cloud" located in the new data center in Quincy, WA? I uploaded several synths from a resort area on the Columbia River called Crescent Bar, that is right next to there. They were taken about the time they were breaking ground on that project. Plenty of photos of the island and the 700 ft. cliffs in the gorge.

We are prepared to give people more than 20GB if they're really making the most of Photosynth. You certainly qualify! We'll bump you to 40GB.

My only request to you and others who may be given extra space is to be respectful of our shared resource and delete any synths that are old tests or duplicative.

David.

David, I thought the images stay on the server even when the synth is deleted? If a synth is deleted will the images get dumped from the server after a specific period of time?

We will be scrubbing the images from our servers as a batch process every night soon.

Of course some proxy between us and you may be caching them, so in general it's "uploader beware". The unfortunate truth, as most people know now, is that nobody can guarrantee you a perfect delete of any Internet document.
