Hello, do you have a programm that allows the viewing of the synth on my laptop? I want to be independent from my internet connection.
The idea is to save the file on the computer (local / desktop) an view it with a viewer or something like this.

Tanks and best regards

Hello, Samuel,

Nothing like what you want exists, however there are a few programs which will get you partway there:

You can download a photosynth's point cloud (the basic 3D model) with several programs and then view them in a 3D modeling program such as Meshlab. Some include:

Christoph Hausner's: SynthExport
Kean Walmsley's AutoCAD 2010 plugin: BrowsePhotosynth
Henri Astre's: Photosynth Toolkit
Meshlab's own built in Import Photosynth plugin

Henri's Photosynth Toolkit also comes with his own viewer, however it cannot usually open very large synths because it loads all of the images into RAM, rather than only the images which are currently visible.

If you are interested in panoramas, instead of photosynths, you will be happy to learn that ICE has always exported to its own high fidelity viewer called HDView, which can be used offline or online, as you choose.
