Does camera orientation at the time of photographing have any bearing whatsoever on the accuracy of the digital data aquired? In other words, is there any difference in the accuracy of a given synth's point cloud 3 dimensional real world coordinates, if a more calculated camera orientation and photographic pattern were part of the process, as opposed to the official Photosynth video "How to shoot photos for Photosynth" and the official Photosynth PDF "The Photosynth Photography Guide" ?
Just curious, and would really appreciate an answer.
And I would also appreciate a detailed explanation as to why or why not camera orientation does or does not make any difference. A "yes" or "no" answer is really not an answer.
