Hi Bam, could you tell me what your username is on the site so I can take a look at the state of your data?

Hullo, I'm stuck in the "generating image tiles" phase- tried uninstalling the plugin, using FF and IE, but nothing came out of it... pretty frustrating, but I bet the guys are working hard on the issue- aint that so bert?

Out of curiosity, how many images did you add to your synth?

Also... wouldn't uninstalling the plugin also uninstall the synther? Do you just mean that you uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried again with the same results (again a long time on "generating image tiles")?

I guess you might also mean that you disabled the plugins in your browser settings while you waited for the synther to make your synth?

I'm just not sure what you mean.

Bam, looks like your data is being corrupted on the way to our servers, which is something we're investigating as part of the 0xA000000B errors that others are reporting. Could you tell me a little about your computer setup, specifically interested in your network connection and any routers or switches you have between your PC and the internet.

Thanks Bam...while I don't see anything obvious in your setup that could be a cause of problems, we are working on something to help users that get this error. Please keep an eye out for an upcoming release and lets see if that helps!

This thread is very old, and in general the problem is now rare, but there was an instance of it today (ending at 2pm Pacific time) that exhibited this same symptom. If you experienced this, just restart your synth.
