You can find clear navigation problems in this synth:
http://photosynth.net/view.aspx?cid=5...

Just go in and 3 photos to the left, it jumps with no motivation at all.
Also, if you go 3 photos left and then 1 up, you will have a photo rotated wrong of around 30 degrees.

I'll agree that the interface seems a little wierd on this one. It makes a dramatic camera sweep just to move slightly over to the left.

Then again, this synth is somewhat poorly shot. There aren't enough photos connected all the different groups to make for a good synth. I'd try to upload it again with a lot more photos of transition areas and see if it works better.

I agree that the photos were not the best quality (shot near to sunset) but in example I tried to stitch them with Photmerge of Photoshop and it was able to connect them all quietly ;)

What I find interesting about this one is that if you go back in history (either press 'z' or click on the "back" button in the top left), the reverse transition looks pretty good. This will require a closer examination, but it looks like you uncovered something interesting. Thanks for pointing this out.

Glad to help :) and this is not the first time I impact on similar behave (I had similar in another my synth and I saw also on synth from another person at least), it must be something that occurs quite easily with the wrong bunch of photos.
