I click share / camera roll then I crop my panorama and select done, but the panoramas are not saved to my iPhone 4's camera roll.

iOS 6's default settings break some apps (Photosynth's mobile pano app included).
Photosynth's iOS app team are working on an iOS 6 version, but until then try changing your iOS permission settings as recommended in this discussion.

I have this problem ever since. The only way not to be frustrated seems *not* using the pano in camara+ at all. Any ideas how I can get my locked in panos out of the app?

Even though this thread is veery empty and I don't know if anyone ever checks it, there's a lot of proof in the web that this is true for many frustrated users.
