The Zoom.it service appears to be experiencing issues wince at least last Thursday with all attempts to us it resulting in "Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. Change the URL or try again?"
Could there be a similar 'high-level issue' to the one from earlier in the year?

Hi Bill,
From my side I'm still getting the same message every time I try, I've tried with several different links and still no luck. It's just a pdf, very similar to a dozen or so I've done before on zoom.it.
I've tried with a png instead and that seems to work though.

Hi Lucas,
It must be something with the format of that particular PDF file. Unfortunately, since no one is actively supporting zoom.it, it's unlikely that any work can be done to address a possible incompatibility here. The options are to render out the particular PDF page as an image and use that, or perhaps try loading and saving the PDF in a PDF editing program (I would recommend using Adobe Acrobat, since it is theoretically the "standard") to see if the new saved version resolves the incompatibility problem.

I am uploading a link to ZoomIt and it says it is converting, but when it finishes the image doesn't show - - only a white box. Thoughts?

Again, this sounds like it's a file that zoom.it doesn't understand. We try to handle a wide range of stuff, but we can't decode everything. If you give me the zoom.it link, I'll see if I can figure out exactly why and how you might be able to work around the limitation.

It says it's fetching. It says it's converting. And then it says it's loading. But nothing appears but a white box!
