How about making the app compatible with Qt (Symbian, MeeGo, Maemo, WP7) ?

Although Nokia has lost it's market share over the past few years, it is slowly regaining. If your app is ported to Qt framework for Nokia phones, it will give you a large audience. Nokia is going to release over 40 new phones this year (2011), among which most will support Qt. Moreover, Symbian^3, Maemo 5, (Upcoming) MeeGo, & the next generation of Windows Phone 7 will all support Qt apps, and thus you would be killing 4 birds with one stone. Please give my suggestion much thought. Thank you for your time. -Ahnaf

WP7 is not QT compliant though...but Nokia users really need this app up and running asap. If LP really wants to see their userbase grow, supporting Nokia is the way to go...

@nozepikka - Alhough I'm not trying to get into a discussion about it (not relevant in this thread). There have been official statements from Nokia that they have no plans for WP7 to support Qt (I was amazed to hear this too).

If you want the support from the nokia users, you could just post this on the nokia or ovi facebook page and you'll see how many likes you'll get in an instant.

Here (venezuela) where the BB are ruling the smartphones market, you can found like one or two millions of Nokias on the streets, some people just buy it "because it is Nokia" I have a N900 with maemo and really want it on my phone

nokia es nokia..!! in venezuela, people still think of nokia as a manudacturer of GREAT quality devices..!! this common thought is only followed by toyota xD (toyota es toyota) xD so please don forget about us... specially the maemo users xD remember symbian is not the only nokiaOS out there :-)

We're not forgetting about Maemo! We know Nokia has many platforms, and we will be rolling them out one shortly after the other. I hope this helps! :)

Thanks,
