In Guide mode, the distance to target is shown in the middle of the guiding line. However, if zoomed to close, it is shown outside the visible map area.
If the distance was shown in the middle between current position an visible map border, that would do.
The mentioned effect is especially annoying when using auto-zoom.

hmm this is quite weird. May you please post a screenshot of this problem? Because distance for guiding line should be always visible on screen

I couldn't reproduce the behaviour here on the couch - it was when using a route, not a single point. If I stumple upon it again, I'll do a screenshot.
