Locus automatically reverse the guiding sense on certain tracks !

Hello, in some circumstance we got tracks drawn in both senses like in the picture below.

I noticed that sometimes if we have to walk in the wrong sense (between point #1 and #4) locus will automatically guide us to the back points (232,234 ...) and never return to the right direction even if we continue the tracks !
Then we need to stop guiding and start guiding to the nearest point but you'll have to walk in the rigth direction after that.

My impression is that Locus always search the "nearest point" to find the next point to guide on.
My configuration is this one.

In the Guiding Menu=> Tracks:
Guiding sounds => checked
Set next point 40m

Play sound when too far away from track
Beep checked
DISTANCE = 30m

Is it possible to stricly follow all the trackpoints one by one and only switch to the next after we reach the distance setup in the configuration "Set next point (m)" ?
I use Locus Pro 2.0.1 on Android 2.3.4.

Chris, I think that it's problem that should be also solved by another solution here correct? https://getsatisfaction.com/locus/top.... I'll gladly hear confirmation that everything works

Hi Menion, I didnt know that correction was implemented in the 2.1.1 version because the releases notes say nothing about that.

I installed it and play with the simulation mode and it works very well.
This week end I would be able to test it outdoor.

ah, that's why you was surprised with screenshot in "Add vibrate" idea :). I'm looking into changelog and there is "add: ability to disable auto-point selection when guiding along path" so look better next time ;)

nono it's because on market is limit on 500 chars so we usually have to remove not so important updates. And seems that I also placed this reduced version here on GetSatisfaction :)
