OSM standart layer

I made custom OSM .map file and it is possible to put same theme as it is openstreetmap.org standart layer?

Map in Locus seems a bit different than OSM standart. I tried to change built in themes for vector maps (city, hike, road) and none was same as it is for standart layer.

Thanks.

Hello Kristaps,
you tried to change some internal themes? Then you probably know everything what is possible to know :)

There is main difference. Common openStreetmap.org site use Mapnik rendered with it's own rendering themes. Locus use library from MapsForge community, where exists own themes for maps. Base of this theme system is based on deprecard Osmarender system, anyway it's different then Mapnik

I think it should be possible to create almost same style as exists on osm.org, but it will take some time and as I know, no body created such theme yet.

You may check and discuss this topics, where should be some interesting information for you http://forum.locusmap.eu/viewforum.ph...

hope this helps you at least a little.
