I’m frustrated

2x2 not connecting to pc or Mac after blue screen

Hello there, Ive had my m-track 2x2 for about a month and have be using it to stream and record podcasts. today, I was streaming, and my pc froze up, went to a blue screen, and restarted itself. since this incident, the 2x2 cannot be recognized by either my Mac or PC. on the PC, I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, and on both my mic still shows that its receiving phantom power, but I cannot use the device as an input. I have this product registered but checked my email, and never received a support key. can I get help with this please?

    Sorry to hear that happened to your computer and the M-track 2x2. If the interface is not being recognized by multiple computers then it may have suffered some internal damage from the shutdown.

    Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Akai Pro Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop-down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.
