bx6 carbon problem with the woofer

Hi everybody! Yesterday I was using my speakers, as usual listenig to some music on youtube at normal volume, when the left speaker start to distort from the woofer! I switched it off, tryed change the fuse at the power amp, switched source, but nothing! It sounds shit! I touched the cone and it seems to be in good condition and not broken, what ai noticed is that when the speaker is off the woofer can moove properly, but when I switch it on an try to touch the woofer to push it a little bit inside you can feel like short-circuit inside. Don’t know how to behave in this case, unfortunately I don’t find anymore proof of purchase (for sure it went lost in my last move).
Can someone help me? I know how to solder ( just in case would be an electronical part to change.
Thanks in advance!
