Can't create an account to register m audio product

when I've fulfilled all required field ,then I click submit .It's always said that "please match the requested format" in the password field . Im sure my password contains everthing requested . what's wrong ?

    Thanks for posting!

    Sorry you're having some trouble with that! Your password must contain at least one number, both upper and lowercase letters, and must be at least 8 characters long. If you have satisfied those requirements and you're still unable to submit the form, I would recommend clearing your web browser's cache and cookies then try resubmitting the form. If you've tried that and you're still having some difficulty, our support team can help you take a closer look at what might be going on. Registration and account inquiries cannot be handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction. Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Product Registration Assistance Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support Page. Select Product Registration Assistance from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code.

    or

    • For faster support, call or email your nearest Support Office or International Distributor. Select your country to find the nearest office.
