hi my mac says that i dont have a output in the M-TRACK HUB WHAT SHALL I DO?

    Thanks for posting!

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. The M-Track Hub is class complaint with the macOS and should operate off of your computer's core audio drivers. It's possible that the USB cable is not properly seated so that power is being transferred but not data. If the connection seems stable and you are still unable to hear audio from the interface, try connecting the Hub with a different USB cable and to other ports on your computer. If possible, test the M-Track with a different computer.

    If you try the above steps and you are still unable to connect the M-Track to your computer, this sounds like it may be hardware related. Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code.


    • For faster support, call or email your nearest Support Office or International Distributor. Select your country to find the nearest office.
