I’m frustrated

Authorizing Hybrid 3 on second computer

I cannot get hybrid 3 to authorize...I have uninstalled several times...support has autorized manually and given my the license file...It worked perfectly on my PC but my laptop will not recognize the license file...I belive more than likely that I have a broken file in the registry but I do not know what that file might be named or where in regedit.exe I would find it...If anyone has experience with this I absolutely need your help...thnk yu in advance

    Thanks for posting.

    Software authorization inquiries cannot be handles here on the forum. You'll need to contact the support team about this. I recommend responding to the Tech that assisted you with the first authorization.

    If not, you can always contact them through the other channels:

    • Submit a Software Authorizations Assistance Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support Page. Select Software Authorization Assistance from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code.

    or

    • For faster support, call or email your nearest Support Office or International Distributor. Select your country to find the nearest office.
