Keystation Mini 32 not connecting to MacBook Air w/ USB-C / No support code

Hi, My Keystation Mini 32 won't connect to my MacBook Air. I have watched multiple YouTube tutorials yet none seem to work. It lights up when I plug it in, yet there is no evidence It is being picked up at all on the Mac. Is it because I am using a USB to USB-C adaptor for my Mac that isn't compatible.
I originally tried to email support but when I clicked to register after typing in the details for the first time In the account I had just created it said I had already registered it and when I went to my products it was there but I don't have a support code?

  • Hey Jackson,

    Thanks for posting!

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble! Does the Keystation appear in MIDI Studio when connected to your computer? If not, it could be an issue with the USC C adapter. Is the adapter Apple certified?

I would recommend testing the controller with a different computer and connecting the device directly with a USB A to B cable. If you are able to establish a connection, then we can be relatively sure that it is an issue with the USB C adapter.

Try this and let me know how it goes!
