Keystation Mini32 MK3 and iPad Pro 2018 3rd gen.

How to connect the Keystation Mini 32 MK3 to the newest iPad Pro 2018 (3rd gen)?
I have tried through a usb-c hub with power delivery. It randomly works, most often it doesn’t in garage band. I know the camera adapter is only for lighting iOS devices. But what about the newest iPad Pro?
(Bought the mini 32 because the Axiom mini 32 I already have was not iPad compatible, but it seems neither is with the newest iPad).

    Hey RJ,

    Thanks for posting!

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble! While the Keystation can function with iOS devices, official compatibility is not guaranteed. It sounds like your USB hub is causing connectivity issues. We can confirm this by testing the Keystation with a computer. When the Keystation is directly connected to a computer via USB, does the issue persist?

If not, I suggest referring to this iOS trouble shooting guide:

Connecting USB Audio Interfaces, MIDI Controllers, and Keyboards to an iPhone or iPad

If you are unable to connect the Keystation to a computer, it may be hardware related. Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code.

    • For faster support, call or email your nearest Support Office or International Distributor. Select your country to find the nearest office.

Make sure to reference or link to this thread to help out the support team.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.
