M-Maudio 2x2M to sync ditto looper pedal with DAW

I bought an M-Track 2x2m with the intention of using it as an interface for guitar and using the midi fuction to synct my Ditto x4 with my DAW (Reason 10). I have the 2x2m selected as the midi output in reason, and have hooked up its midi out to the midi in of the Ditto, but there seems to be so communication between the devices.

Is there something wrong with the device (I have successfully used the ditto with other midi clocks devices in the past, so I am fairly confident that that is working)? Or with me? Or does the 2x2m just not work in this way?

Any help appreciated!

    Hey Chris,

    Thanks for posting!

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble! The M-Track can send and receive MIDI Clock. This will depend entirely on your setup in Reason and how your Ditto X4 is configured. I'm not familiar with Reason or the looper pedal but you will have to enable Reason to send MIDI Clock and the looper to receive an external MC signal. The M-Track is passive within this setup.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
