I’m frustrated

M-Track 2x2 is not recognized by System or Panel (driver's not working) !

M-Track 2x2 is not recognized by System or Panel (driver's not working) !

I ́ve tried on Windows 8.1 64Bit and Windows 10 32Bit by installing the latest Driver (1.0.12) and the interface is not recognized. Panel says: "Hardware not connected" while the power control led is shining.

Even tried every usb port on both Systems (USB 2.0 and USB 3.0), also installed the newest USB-Hub drivers.
Result: Still not working!

So i went through this community and found a lot of similar problems.
Then i followed the "solution" and tried to get this one

but theres only an empty page without the expected Driver 1.0.6 (Maybe caused by availability of the latest 1.0.12?)

But please, why has been the same mistakes made again?
Does it run on anyone's System?

P.S.: even in the daw i can't call it, cause it's "not connected".

    Thanks for posting!

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble. From your description, it does not sound like an issue with the M-Track's driver. Driver v1.0.12 is fully supported on Windows 8.1 and 10.

    In addition to the troubleshooting steps you have already taken, have you tried a different USB cable? Are you connecting the interface to any USB hubs or adapters? If so, remove them and connect the device directly to your computer.

    If you try the above and are still having trouble, the problem is most likely related to the M-Tracks USB port. It's possible that one of the transmission pins is bent or broken. Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code.

    or

    • For faster support, call or email your nearest Support Office or International Distributor. Select your country to find the nearest office.
