M-TRACK 2X2 IT DOES NOT WORK

hola me compre una m-track 2x2 y ya descargue los drivers actualizado 2017 1.0.6 y no me funciona en mi pc. arranca y funciona por pocos minutos enseguida de error y trava todo y hace reiniciar la computadora en secuencia no funciona mas ni por pocos segundos. apagar la computadora reconectar y el mismo procedimiento. funciona por algunos minutos pero trava los otros programas en secuencia trava todo la computadora y hace reiniciar la pc.
tengo una notebook acer procesador amd 1ghz. ram 4gb hd 500gb. windows 8.1 tocando audacity, radioBOSS. sambroadcaster entre otros programas. la compre para usar un microfono condensador para transmisiones de mi radio online pero no me funciona. ya desinstale y volvi a instalar los drivers varias veces y sigue con el mismo problema de deficiencia. quiero una sugerencia de una solucion para el problema que tengo con la m-track 2x2. por favor ayuda.

  • Hello I bought a m-track 2x2 and already download the updated drivers 2017 1.0.6 and it does not work on my pc. It starts and it works for few minutes immediately of error and it locks everything and does restart the computer in sequence does not work more nor for few seconds. Turn off the computer reconnect and the same procedure. It works for some minutes but it blocks the other programs in sequence it locks all the computer and it does restart the pc.
    I have a acer acer processor 1ghz processor. Ram 4gb hd 500gb. Windows 8.1 playing audacity, radioBOSS. Sambroadcaster among other programs. I bought it to use a condenser microphone for transmissions from my online radio but it does not work for me. And uninstall and reinstall the drivers several times and continue with the same problem of deficiency. I want a suggestion of a solution for the problem I have with the m-track 2x2. please help.

    Thanks for posting!

    Are you receiving any error message or anything of that nature? If so, can you post an image of it for me? From your post, it sounds like the computer is shutting down when it is connected and has been running for a short amount of time?

    Have you tried connecting the interface to another computer to see if you can replicate this behavior? The 2X2 series is class compliant with Mac OS so you will not need to install a driver but if you are installing on a computer running a Windows OS, as you are aware, you will need to install the driver.   • Blue Screen crash reports do often reference drivers. The BSOD may even mention the M-Track driver specifically but the M-Track interface cannot directly cause a BSOD. While it may be the catalyst for a low-level software malfunction, the M-Audio hardware is not the direct cause of the BSOD.

    Blue Screen crashes are generally caused by a hardware or a hardware configuration problem on a PC (like an IRQ conflict, or BIOS setting). This generally is not caused by a particular driver. In this case, the USB ports or card on the PC may have an issue or other IO hardware on the PC may be misconfigured preventing the addition of a new device.

    Very rarely, this could be caused by defective M-Track hardware. To confirm whether the fault is the M-Track, or with the computer, try the device on another computer. If it functions, you can confirm the problem lies with the computer. You may also benefit from removing any old driver for M-Track hardware that may be on your computer.

    If all of the above can be ruled out, the M-Track may require service. If that is the case, warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code.

    or

    • For faster support, call or email your nearest Support Office or International Distributor. Select your country to find the nearest office.

  • Buenas a todos, me he vuelto loco para poder conectar la atejeta de sonido M-track 2x2 pero por fin lo he conseguido, siguiendo estos pasos no os tiene que dar ningún problema en principio.
    1-En primer lugar descargamos el driver de la web del fabricante para nuestra version de sistema operativo y lo instalamos
    2-Reiniciamos el ordenador y entramos en la BIOS para desactivar la tarjeta de sonido integrada, para acceder en mi pc (que es un ASUS) era pulsando F2, cada pc tendrá una forma de hacerlo, buscamos pestaña security, audio interface y cambiamos el valor por defecto, guardamos y reiniciamos, accedemos a windows y verificamos que realmente ya no existe la taerjeta de sonido (aún después de esto no va a reconocer la tarjeta de sonido m Track 2x2 al conectarla porque hay un problema con el controlador (en concreto da el error 52 de windows que quiere decir que el driver no está firmado y supuestamente nos dice que no es de fiar, por esto....
    3-Reiniciamos y cuando está arrancando pulsamos F8, seleccionamos la opción deshabilitar el uso obligatorio de controladores firmados, y dejamos que inicie sesión, YA PODEMOS CONECTAR NUESTRO M-TRACK 2X2 Y FUNCIONA

    Después de todo esto al apagar windows y volver a iniciar este parámetro volvera a su estado por defecto, en cambio para volver a activar la tarjeta de sonido integrada, tendremos que volver a entrar en la BIOS y volver a activarla

    Espero que os sea de ayuda, porque yo me he vuelto loco para hacerla funcionar
