M-Track 2x2 - No audio connection to Mac

I bought the M-Track 2x2 USB Audio Interface 3 months ago.
So far, everything has worked great.
But lately on my Mac there is no sound left when i talk in the mic.
I have already checked all the settings on Logicx but it was all normal.
As soon as I insert the USB C, the interface is also initialized but there is no sound ..
On the interface, the dB's shine when I talk into the mic and power comes through but why is no sound.
In the Mac system settings for sound -> input, the interface is also displayed with the message "The selected device has no input source".
I hope someone can help me .. i thank you in advance.

    M-Track 2X2 is class compliant and does not require an additional driver for your operating system. It sounds like your computer is recognizing the interface, as it displays under Input and Output in your System Preferences. It is normal to see "The selected device has no input/output controls" under device settings. This just means that the volume control will be determined by your interface, not the computer.

    From here, you will want to check that your Audio Preferences in Logic are configured correctly. The M-Track should be selected as both the Input and Output Device. Here is a setup guide you can refer to:

    With your System and Software Preferences set, take a look at the M-Track hardware. Where is the USB/Direct Blend dial set to? Try moving the dial fully to Direct. Do you hear the mic signal now? Conversely, turn the USB/Direct Blend dial all the way to USB, and play music from your computer. Do you hear any audio from your computer?

    If after trying these suggestions you are still unable to hear audio, it may be hardware related. I would suggest reaching out to our tech support team for more in depth troubleshooting. Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:
