    Hey Ariel,

    Thanks for posting!

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble! Based on your driver selection, I'm guessing that you are running Windows 10. Can you confirm your computer's OS for me, please?

Code 10 error messages typically occur when Device Manager cannot start the hardware device associated with the driver installed. It's possible that the initial driver was corrupt. In which case, I recommend fully uninstalling the 1.0.14 driver, rebooting your computer and re-downloading the installer from the M-Audio Knowledge Base.

If this does not resolve the issue, let's test the M-Track's connection. Try using different USB cables and connecting to different ports on your computer. If possible, try connecting the interface to a different computer. Does the issue persist?

If you are still unable to connect the M-Track, it may be hardware related. Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code.

    or

    • For faster support, call or email your nearest Support Office or International Distributor. Select your country to find the nearest office.

Make sure to reference or link to this thread to help out the support team.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.
