M-Track 2x2M device not detected?
Just received my M-audio M-track 2x2M and windows doesnt detect the interface. I've downloaded the right drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled again. Tried every solution I can including different usb hubs and so on. I dont even know where to find my support "key" so I can contact them. Seems like a lot of people have this problem...

Sorry you're having trouble getting set up!
What version of Windows are you running on your computer? It sounds like you might be using a USB hub. I would advise connecting your M-Track directly to a USB port on your computer.
Does the M-Track indicate that it is receiving power via its power LED? Ensure that the USB-C end of the cable is firmly in place in the back of the M-Track.
If you are still having difficulty, I would advise testing with a different USB cable and testing by connecting the M-Track to another computer - can you reproduce the same behavior?

Im not using a usb hub, and I tried different ports, cables and so on. Im on windows 10 which is updated to the latest. It's receiving power right now but It surely cant be a hardware issue since there's so many people having the same experience? -

I understand that some users have had trouble connecting their M-Tracks but we must keep this in perspective - this is a small sample of M-Track users. While it would be nice if all users contributed here at in the community, the reality is that users who do not experience trouble connecting typically don't post to the forum. Have you been able to test the M-Track with a different computer to see if you can reproduce the same behavior? This will help us determine what is going on here. Let me know!

havent been able to use my m-track 2x2m for the last 8 months. i tried to uninstall & reinstall but still no luck. i tried my laptop too and it looks like it can't be detected. this was my first interface and i wont buy anything from m-audio again!!
