M-TRACK 2X2M doesn't work anymore

Hello,
My M-AUDIO M-TRACK 2X2M was OK yesterday morning but in the evening it did not work. I did not put my PC on hold in the meantime. The M-TRACK is off now. It’s not in my device manager. I changed the USB port but it doesn’t change anything. When I put on the PC, I see the light of the clip for a moment.
I looked for the last update but it’s the same one I got ( 1.0.14 ); my system is Windows 7- 64 bit.
I delete and install the update again, but it doesn’t work!
Please help me. I am not a geak, thank you

    Thanks for posting!

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble! Just to clarify, is the unit not powering on when you plug it into the computer? If not, I definitely suggest testing it with a different USB C cable and with another computer.

    It is possible that the unit is not receiving enough power from your computer's USB ports or the USB cable itself is damaged. Try the above and let me know how it goes!

    Thank you for considering my problem.
    No, the device doesn’t start when I plug in the computer.
    What is strange is that in the morning it worked and without any further manipulation in the evening it no longer worked.
    My PC is not equipped for USB C ; I will try to connect tomorrow to another computer and I will keep you informed.

    Good morning,
    A friend brought me a usb-usb cable c. Cà now works again.
    I’m surprised because I hadn’t manipulated anything before the problem came to light, so I was skeptical about that potential origin.
    A big thanks to you Eliza for searching for the first leads, so you were in the real one.
    I’ll be able to resume the recordings!
