M Track Clipped Meter

Hi. I need help regarding the M-Track. I plugged the device today and noticed the meter is not working and stays clipped. I tried it with the Adobe Audition, set the audio hardware and input but still can not get any signal from it. Item was purhased about 2 months ago. Thanks.

    This sounds like something hardware related. If possible, try on a different computer. If the same thing happens, then we'll know with more certainty.
