M-Track Eight and M-Track 2x2 -- Can they be combined for 10 inputs????

I have an M-Track Eight in my drum room, and M-Track 2x2 in my mixing space. Is there any such audio driver that would allow me to use the 2x2 as additional inputs to the track eight?

  • Hey M J,

    Thanks for posting!

With Mac operating systems, this can be done simply by creating an aggregate audio device. The link below will help you configure an aggregate audio device on a computer running a Mac operating system:

Apple - Combine multiple audio interfaces by creating an Aggregate Device

On Windows operating systems, things get a little trickier. While there is no dedicated function to group interfaces like on Mac OS, you may be able to use an ASIO driver to group them together. The following article will provide more information about using multiple audio interfaces with a PC:

I hope that helps! Try it and let us know how it works out!
