I’m frustrated

M-TRACK level reading full (0dB) all the time, and no response

Hi .. my M-TRACK reads full level as soon as the usb is plugged in,
no sound response, in or out ... I adjust all the knobs and still no response .. It was working fine a week ago; I used it for a couple of hours and packed it away like always, and now this .. any suggestions ?

    Hi Jim,

    Sorry you are having trouble with that.

    This indicates a hardware problem with the unit. Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction. Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code


    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.
