M-Track VoIP

I'm using the M-TRACK MKII. But it's not working with any VoIP program anymore! It works with any other programs. In the settings the M-TRACK is shown but the input won't work neither with Skype or Discord or Teamspeak

    Thanks for posting! Sorry you're having trouble with that! If the M-Track is working correctly with other software, we know it is functional so that is a good thing. If it had been working prior to this, something must have changed in order to make it stop working. Have you updated your operating system recently?

    The M-Track MKII is a class compliant audio device with the Mac OS X operating system. If you are running OS X, you will not need to install a driver for the interface as it will use your computer's Core Audio and MIDI drivers.

    If you are using a Windows operating system, you will need to install a driver so make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of the driver here:

    M-Audio M-Track MKII Driver (v1.0.2) - Windows

    Once the driver is installed on a Windows OS, you will be able to choose the driver within software and use the M-Track as an audio I/O device. Can you select the M-Track's driver in the software you are trying to use? Ensure that the M-Track is not being used by other software so it will display as an available device in the software you want to use.

    Try reinstalling the driver (if applicable) and make sure that no other application is using the M-Track as an audio device. You might also want to try reinstalling the programs you are using or checking for an update for that software.
