M-Tract 2X2 with cymrix C01+ condenser

I recently bought an m-audio m-track 2X2 C series to use with my cymrix C01+ condenser mic. I am using Ableton Live Lite 10 on my Macbook and I cannot get any sound recognition from the mic to the interface. I've tried installing all drivers but nothing works even the software available wont work. HELP!!

    Hey Shey,

    Thanks for posting!

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Condenser mics will require an additional 48 volts applied to the signal by Phantom Power. When connecting your mic, ensure that you are using an XLR cable plugged into the Combo Input on the rear panel of the interface. Engage Phantom Power and set your monitor levels accordingly.

In Ableton, select the M-Track as your audio input and output in Preferences. Create an Audio Track and select channel 1 as your input source. Turn the track's Monitor to Auto and Record Enable. You should be able to hear and see your signal in the digital meter.

If you are still unable to get a signal in your DAW, test the Combo Input with a different mic. Does the issue persist?

Try this and let me know how it goes!
