I’m frustrated, confused

M-Track does not respond when plugged into computer

Went to connect my M-track to the computer today and there is no recognition. The USB light does not turn green on the unit and the input and output options do not show on my sound settings (iOS10.9)

This is the second time I've used the product. First time everything worked fine.

Any thoughts?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. I'd be happy to help, though!

    Would you have another computer to test with? Other USB cables and ports would be good to test as well.

    You should always at least see an LED light on the product. If there were no lights after testing multiple computers/cables/ports, then this would confirm a hardware related issue.
