Change in reply by Ken-Angela Steckelberg to M-audio unfortunately well tell you to suck it even though they know it's a defect. I think a class action lawsuit is in order. Long story short I had3 pieces of M-Audio gear, I literally threw all of it in the garbage, since garbage is what it is. I'm not going to sell that crap to some other poor sap. I switched to Focusrite which works beautifully, sounds cleaner and has to glitches like MA garbage. Word of advice, throw it away because it's junk and they won't replace a known defect. Assholes..

Change in reply by Ken-Angela Steckelberg to Their response is like a broken record. "We're sorry, blah blah blah".. when companies that don't give a rat's a$$ about my problems say they're sorry, it's very insulting and very condescending. I'm sorry I spent hard earned money on a known inferior product. M-audio, you do understand that's fraud and you are stealing money from honest people? How about you tell your CEO to jump off a cliff? Then to add insult to injury you tell me my brand new unit ia out of warranty and basically tough sh*t. I hope the right person or attorney finds out about this and starts a class action lawsuit against your company for screwing thousands of customers. Or maybe I'll just file it. In fact I will. How can you stop me? Send me a working unit ASAP and I'll go away. Forever. You decide. And I'm not bluffing..
