I’m frustrated

My M-AUDIO 2x2 Vocal Studio Pro can't sounding voices

after i installed the driver, then the driver show that "Hardware Connected". While i tried to put the headset to hear the sound, there's nothing sounding. And the mic too.. what should i do?

    Thanks for posting!

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Are you connecting to the Combo Input on the rear panel or the Instrument Input on the front panel of the M-Track? Are you using 1/4" TRS or XLR cables?

    The mic that comes bundled with the Vocal Studio Pro kit is a condenser mic. This means that the mic will need to receive phantom power. I suggest connecting the mic via XLR cable to the Combo Input and activating phantom power on the interface. Turn the USB / Direct Blend knob to Direct so that you are only monitoring the mic.

    Additionally, try monitoring audio from your computer by turning the USB / Direct Blend knob to USB. Make sure that the M-Track is selected as the Input and Output audio device in your software's sound preferences.
