NEED HELP !!! My M Track 2x2 isn't working.

Hey, I've been using the M-Audio M Track 2x2 for a few months now and was in love with it, until earlier when I went to start on a project in FL Studio and got no sound from the interface. I thought it was the the computer(I use a Mac Mini by the way), but it wasn't. I thought it was my speakers, but they were working fine. I tried turning the knob all the way to USB and noticed a little sound, but when I turn the knob all to USB I got no sound. I don't know what the problem is. Can someone help me?

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. The M-Track 2x2 is a class compliant device and operates off of your computer's built-in drivers. To begin, I suggest trying a different USB cable and ports on your computer, avoiding USB adapters and hubs.

    Connectivity loss can also result when you make changes to your Mac's device configuration. In which case, you may need to re-configure your Audio Setup.

    Follow this guide for additional information on how to do this:

    If you are still experiencing issues after re-configuring your MIDI setup, you can try resetting your Mac's NVRAM. These procedures are thoroughly covered in this helpful article.

    Finally, if you are still unable to connect to your Mac, test the M-Track with another computer to see if you can replicate the issue. If the interface fails to connect, it's most likely hardware related. Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service Inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the M-Audio Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code.


    • For faster support, call or email your nearest Support Office or International Distributor. Select your country to find the nearest office.
